The modern and sophisticated identity was inspired by a simple but powerful brand proposition; brands don’t sell houses, people do. We developed a minimalist mark representing both a home and the bringing together of the industry’s best under one roof. The colour palette is sophisticated with neutral greys accented by a bright crimson red. The typeface is strong, modern and spatially profound, commanding attention in a cluttered market place.

Within the first month of launch in 2017, the company brought on board 59 agents, listed 291 properties and experienced an 85% clearance rate with $27m worth of properties sold.


Our brief was to create a brand identity for The Agency, a disruptive real estate start-up aimed at shaking up the tired franchise model to provide greater efficiencies for both agents and consumers.

The Agency was established to bring together the most experienced and highly regarded group of people in the real estate space and have created a model that is more responsive to today’s property market.
